SETI: A Manipulation? / Some Recent UFO Sightings in Poland

The second section, authored by Bronislaw Rzepecki of the Kraków UFO Research Group, provides a report on a series of UFO sightings that occurred in Poland on November 5, 1990. Multiple witnesses, including Polish Army personnel and civilians, reported observing groups of red, pulsating balls of light with glowing tails moving rapidly across the sky. The sightings were reported in various locations, including Opole, Wroclaw, and Kielce. The witnesses described the objects as having no sound and moving in distinct patterns, with some reports noting the objects were 'pulsating' and 'flashing'.
