NRC FOIA Response 2017-0368 Regarding UFO Records
The NRC responded to a FOIA request for UFO records by providing internal files on three specific allegations (RIV-2010-A-0101, RIV-1998-A-0207, and RIV-1997-A-0018). In all cases, the NRC determined the issues were either not substantiated, outside their regulatory jurisdiction, or lacked sufficient evidence.
