Project 10073 Record — Sheridan, Indiana, 9 January 1966

The Air Force, through Major Quintanilla, attempted to follow up on the report by sending an FTD Form 164 to the witnesses for further details. However, the form was never returned. Consequently, the official conclusion recorded by the Air Force was that there was insufficient data for evaluation.
