This collection of documents details an investigation into an alleged UFO sighting in Chesapeake, Virginia, on January 17, 1967. A civilian witness, whose name is redacted, reported observing a large, oblong-shaped object that landed in the street while he was returning home from his television repair shop, 'The Oak Grove T.V.' The witness claimed he was taken into the craft, which he described as being made of a transparent, glass-like substance. He further alleged that the craft was occupied by several undersized, human-like creatures, approximately four feet tall, wearing trousers and T-shirts. The witness stated he was transported for an undetermined distance before being returned to his point of origin approximately one hour later.
