UFO Observation Report — Morrow, Ohio, 13 June 1968

This document contains a sighting report of an unidentified aerial phenomenon observed on 13 June 1968, near Morrow, Ohio. The 18-year-old witness reported seeing a brilliant white, triangular-shaped object that appeared solid and moved at a very high velocity across the sky. The witness compared the object to a star in magnitude but noted it was longer than it was wide. The observation lasted approximately two minutes. The witness, who was stargazing at the time, noted that the object moved in a straight line and increased in intensity as it crossed the sky where the sun had set. The report was initially sent to the Air Force, which requested further information via an AF Form 117. The file includes correspondence from Lt. Colonel Hector Quintanilla, Jr., of the Foreign Technology Division, requesting the completed questionnaire. A handwritten note by an investigator named Brown, dated 15 August 1968, indicates that the report was received too late to be investigated properly.
