The witnesses, driving a Peugeot 404, reported being paced by an unidentified aerial object that appeared to exert control over their vehicle. During the encounter, the car maintained high speeds despite the driver removing his foot from the accelerator, and the witnesses experienced unseasonable cold and a sense of being 'mesmerized.' Under hypnosis, Peter described the objects as having three levels and being linked by vacuum shafts, claiming the entities were 'outer galaxy' travelers who were '2000 years ahead of Earth.'
