NUFORC Sightings Report: 07/1953

This document is a compilation of UFO sightings reported to the National UFO Reporting Center (NUFORC) for the month of July 1953. The report lists eight distinct incidents across various locations in the United States. On July 1, 1953, a disk-shaped object was reported in Colorado Springs, Colorado, hovering 40 feet above a house in total silence before disappearing. On the same day, a cigar-shaped object was sighted in Merryville, Louisiana. On July 4, 1953, two separate reports were logged: a disk-shaped object was observed in an airshow video in Montana, and a bright white light was seen hovering at Lake McConaughy in Ogallala, Nebraska. On July 13, 1953, an orb-shaped object was observed circling a plane in Washington, D.C. On July 15, 1953, a cylindrical object was reported in Nashville, Tennessee, appearing to examine trees. On July 17, 1953, a cone-shaped object was reported in Dublin, Indiana. Finally, on July 22, 1953, a light-shaped object was observed near Kalama, Washington, flying alongside an airliner before zooming away.
