Relatório ONI Caso 006 - Maria José Cunha

She claimed that one of the occupants, who she described as wearing a cape and a hood, asked for water. She provided a container of water, which the occupant accepted. The witness noted that the occupant spoke in a language she could not understand. Following the interaction, the craft ascended and moved toward Guaiçara. The report includes a detailed psychiatric evaluation of the witness, conducted by an investigator named Cavalcanti. The evaluation concluded that the witness was not suffering from hallucinations or delusions, although she was assessed as having a low educational and mental level.
