Leslie Kean book - Blue Book

This document is an email dated March 6, 2015, from Bob Fish to John Podesta. The author, a former US government contractor, shares anecdotal information regarding UFOs for Podesta's files. Fish recounts a conversation he had with a senior USAF NCO in a TS/SCI building in El Segundo, California. This NCO, who had worked for Project Blue Book in the 1970s after its official disbandment, served as an ELINT technician on RC-135 aircraft based at MacDill AFB in Florida. According to the NCO, the crew was occasionally diverted from their primary mission of monitoring Cuban radar systems to track UFOs off the east coast of Florida. The NCO claimed these objects utilized a landing and takeoff site in the ocean east of Miami and north of Bermuda. He further alleged that the objects emitted a specific electronic frequency, making them trackable, and that the crew filmed the objects transitioning between water and air. The NCO also mentioned being assigned to secret missions on WC-135 weather aircraft, where he collected intelligence that was reported to a dedicated USAF intelligence officer. Fish speculates that Project Blue Book was never truly disbanded, but that only its public-facing layer was removed in 1970. He suggests that the information he provided might be related to the Sentry Eagle program, involving the sharing of UFO electronic intelligence between the USAF and the NSA.
