Case #437: Intelligence Assessment of Non-Human Intelligence Programs

This document, archived as Case #437, records allegations made on November 25, 1991, by two scientists purportedly connected to the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and the National Security Agency (NSA). In a face-to-face meeting, these individuals claimed that the United States government and its contractors are actively engaged in programs to control and harness non-human intelligences (NHI) for military and intelligence purposes. The scientists alleged that these programs have involved satanic rituals and human sacrifices, and they expressed a conviction that the entities being tapped into are malevolent. According to the report, the scientists claimed that the research of physicist David Bohm has been expanded upon to suggest that all existence is enfolded into an invisible, timeless medium. They provided the journalist with photographs of individuals they claimed were killed during psychotronic weapons experiments and asserted that some UAP sightings are merely projections of physical 3D objects created by undisclosed projects. The scientists further alleged that NHI operate unseen, performing undetected medical procedures and creating illusions of extraterrestrial beings or phantom helicopters. They characterized the 'ET scenario' as a disinformation campaign intended to protect these NHI-related projects. Furthermore, the scientists described NHI as spiritual beings capable of monitoring, possessing, and controlling human minds, and suggested that these entities seek to deceive humanity to prevent belief in their ultimate conqueror, whom the scientists identified as being of Christian origin, specifically 'Jesus Christ'.
