FSR's Own First Reports on Implants and The French COMETA Report

Finally, the document includes a brief report by Jorge Martín regarding a 1981 sighting in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, where a witness, Gertrudis Mendoza, encountered a metallic, round object and three beings. Creighton concludes by criticizing the COMETA report for failing to acknowledge the contributions of pioneering French UFO researchers.
