This document details a series of unidentified aerial phenomena reported in the vicinity of Carmacks, Yukon Territory, during December 1968. The primary account involves employees from Mt. Nansen who, while traveling to Carmacks in the dark, encountered an object hovering above their vehicle. The object was described as having numerous lights and exhibited erratic movement, including side-to-side veering and 'flip-flops,' before disappearing. A second incident involved a driver on the same road who observed a light appearing to come from an approaching vehicle around a corner, only to find nothing there upon turning. The report notes that sightings of a light in the Mt. Nansen Road area are frequent, with reports originating from the Little Salmon Road, the area near Roxy's, and along the highway approximately five miles toward Whitehorse. One specific sighting occurred at 9:15 a.m., where the light was described as large and bright.
