The witness reported observing a football-shaped object, approximately 20 feet in diameter, flying at an altitude of 1,500 feet. The object was described as whitish-blue with red, white, and blue flashing lights, and it emitted a high-pitched whining sound. The witness noted that the object traveled toward the northern horizon and, at one point, appeared to flash off and then reappear.
