The witness, who provided a personal data sheet to demonstrate their intellectual capability and reliability, reported observing a triangular object with three lights that were flashing on and off. The witness stated that they were in a car with three other people approximately six miles from Woodstown, New Jersey, when the sighting occurred. The object was described as having a small thickness relative to its length, with curved edges and no visible extensions. The witness reported two separate sightings that evening, the second of which occurred while the car was leaving Woodstown, at which point the object almost passed over them. The witness expressed a willingness to undergo a lie detector test to verify their account.
