Project 10073 Record — Sighting Report, New York City, December 1966

This document is a Project 10073 record detailing a sighting reported by two boys in New York City on December 13, 1966. The witnesses, who were standing in front of a building near Saint Nicholas Terrace at approximately 1:27 AM, observed an object with two lights, one at each end. They described the object as making a 'strange humming whistle like sound' and noted that it turned right before continuing straight.
