UFO Sighting Report — Fort Carson, Colorado, 28 May 1966

This document contains a series of records and correspondence regarding an unidentified aerial phenomenon reported by PFC Charles Ptowitzer of A Company, 5th Signal Battalion, at Fort Carson, Colorado, on the night of May 28, 1966. The witness reported observing two white, star-like objects at approximately 11:45 P.M. The objects exhibited erratic movement, including stopping and changing directions, over a duration of three to five minutes. The witness explicitly noted that the objects did not behave like satellites, which he had observed previously.
