The witness, a civilian, observed a single light-white, grapefruit-sized object while driving south on the Nimitz Freeway near the San Lorenzo exit. The observation lasted approximately 45 seconds. The object was initially seen at a 60-degree elevation, performed an 'S' turn toward the southwest and east, and then leveled off at a 20-degree elevation before making a wide sweeping turn and disappearing in the west. The witness lost sight of the object due to interference with their line of sight. The report includes a handwritten UFO report form detailing the observation, noting that the witness used no visual aids and that the event occurred at night between 9:28 PM and 9:30 PM.
