A civilian witness, identified as a housewife, reported observing a round, grapefruit-sized object that appeared pink, white, and solid bronze. The object reportedly featured a red light on top and a detached green light on the bottom, and was observed making circular right turns for approximately five minutes. The witness also reported electromagnetic interference affecting her television and telephone, and noted that dogs in the area were disturbed. The investigation was conducted by Captain Kenneth H.
