Transmittal of Letter from Thomas B. Scott, Jr.

This document consists of a memorandum dated 23 April 1962, issued by the Office of Special Investigations (OSI), regarding the transmittal of correspondence from a civilian named Thomas B. Scott, Jr. Mr. Scott had written to the agency to report his sighting of an unidentified object in the sky on 2 April 1962. The OSI, under the signature of Deputy Assistant Director Philip G.
