NUFORC Sightings Report: 10/1963

This document is a compilation of UFO sightings reported to the National UFO Reporting Center (NUFORC) for the month of October 1963. It lists six distinct incidents across the United States. On October 20, 1963, a disk-shaped object was reported over a cornfield in Danville, Indiana. On October 15, 1963, an orb-shaped object was observed in Springfield, Missouri, which the witness claimed performed actions impossible for the technology of the time. On October 9, 1963, an oval-shaped object was sighted in Laurel, Mississippi. Two separate reports were filed for October 4, 1963: one in Prince George, Virginia, involving two glowing saucers that hovered for at least two hours, and one in Millington, New Jersey, involving a pie-shaped disk with red and white lights hovering over a neighbor's home. Finally, on October 3, 1963, a circular object was observed in Richmond Hills, Queens, New York, performing zig-zag motions before ascending rapidly into the sky.
