This document is a compilation of UFO sighting reports from September 1964, sourced from the National UFO Reporting Center (NUFORC). One witness, Larry Cardozo, provided his personal details, noting he was 53 years old and residing in Ventura, California, at the time of his report regarding a sphere sighting in Chicago.
