He described being taken to an underwater base, examined by grey-skinned beings, and subjected to a 'mental scan.' Morales claimed that following this experience, his terminal condition vanished, and he made a miraculous recovery. The document also includes editorial commentary from FSR regarding the phenomenon of 'UFO healings,' referencing other researchers such as Thomas E. Bullard, David Jacobs, and John F. Schuessler.
