While some locals speculated about UFO landings, the majority of the community suspected a prank. The local police did not provide a definitive conclusion, awaiting further inspection. The final section details an incident at Monte Banderas in Enekuri, Spain, where a large, symmetrical symbol was cut into the grass. This formation was described as being so large that it was imperceptible from the ground but visible from higher vantage points or the highway. Despite local investigations and the involvement of a neighborhood association, the author of the Monte Banderas symbol remained anonymous. The reports draw parallels between these real-world events and the fictional depictions in the film 'Signs'.
