The primary incident involves a bus driver transporting players from Jundiaí on the night of February 23, 1969. The driver reported being followed by a luminous object at low altitude for several kilometers. The object reportedly landed in a thicket near Fazenda Boa Esperança, where it remained for approximately five minutes, emitting light that shifted between orange and violet before disappearing on the horizon. The report notes that approximately 15 passengers witnessed the event. A secondary account is provided by a resident, Dona Josefina Ferraz, who reported seeing a silver, Volkswagen-sized object on the previous Saturday, which made a 'blowing' noise and emitted light. The document includes a formal request from the Fourth Air Zone (CIOANI) to the local police in Aguaí to investigate the occurrence. However, a subsequent official letter from the Aguaí Police Department, dated August 18, 1969, states that they were unable to locate the primary witness to complete the requested questionnaire, despite extensive inquiries in the area.
