The primary witness, Dayse Arantes Carneiro, reported observing a dark red, round object approximately 3 meters in diameter at 12:20 AM. The object was described as floating, moving from west to east, and performing maneuvers of rising and descending for nearly 30 minutes. The witness was traveling in a Rural Willys vehicle at the time. The report includes a detailed questionnaire filled out by the witness, which notes that the weather was cloudy with light rain.
