According to the report, the object descended from above and hovered at an altitude of approximately 5 meters. It then performed a maneuver, shifting from a vertical to a horizontal position at a 90-degree angle, before departing at a very high speed. The observation lasted between 3 and 4 minutes. The witness reported no sound, no electromagnetic interference, and no physiological effects, though he noted feeling initial curiosity followed by fear. The weather was clear and sunny.
