Stringfield in July 1991 and published by Linda Moulton Howe on Earthfiles on May 16, 2004. According to the report, the Air Force established the 'High Frontier' programme and projects such as Talon Gold and Teal Ruby in response to satellite reconnaissance imagery of unknown orbiting spacecraft. These efforts contributed to the formation of the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) in 1960. The document further notes that raw data from these activities were processed by Technical Reconnaissance Squadrons and classified by NORAD headquarters at Ent Air Force Base. Additionally, the document includes a narrative regarding the death of Albert Bruce Collins, also known as 'Barnabas,' who passed away on December 31, 1990, in Big Bear Lake, California. The report also references a retired Air Force Colonel who provided information to ufologist Tim Cooper regarding the recovery of flying discs in the Mojave Desert and New Mexico, suggesting that these objects were transported to Muroc Air Force Base and Langley for research by scientists including Von Braun, Condon, Oppenheimer, and Teller. The Colonel claimed that various projects, including a 'Project White Book,' investigated historical UFO sightings, including those allegedly documented by the Vatican.
