The physicist further mentions a 'Special Committee' of scientists that worked directly with the President, with security channels extending from the President through the Director of the CIA. Additionally, the document includes a brief quote from an engineer identified as 'Dr. Epigoni,' who describes a similar landing event at Edwards AFB involving the deployment of landing legs and a stairway for humanoid occupants.
