Ocorrência de Tráfego Hotel — Lagoa de Carcará, Nisia Floresta, 19/07/09

This document is a declassified military report from the Brazilian Aerospace Defense Command (COMDABRA) regarding a sighting of two unidentified aerial objects on July 19, 2009. The incident occurred at Lagoa de Carcará, Nisia Floresta, in the state of Rio Grande do Norte. The witness, Josiane Moura da Rocha, reported observing two objects for a duration of one hour and thirty minutes. The objects were described as having a star-like appearance, colored blue and red, and moving in a zig-zag trajectory from north to south. The witness, who holds a degree in geography and possesses knowledge of meteorology, noted that the objects were distant and separated, and could potentially be mistaken for stars.
