This document is a declassified military report regarding a UFO sighting that occurred on November 12, 1968, in Constantina, Seville, Spain. The primary witness, a Captain stationed at EVA 3, observed an unidentified object while looking out from his residence in the Officers' housing area at approximately 19:45. The object was described as a very bright light located to the Northwest, estimated at a distance of 20 kilometers and an altitude of 4,000 meters. Over the course of the observation, the object's light intensity fluctuated, dimming to the magnitude of a star before brightening again, a cycle that repeated several times. The witness reported that the object exhibited a lateral, pendulum-like movement while moving away. The sighting was corroborated by five other witnesses, including the Captain's wife, a Sergeant, a soldier, and an acquaintance. The report includes an assessment by the Intelligence Section of the Air Operational Command, which notes that while the witnesses were familiar with aircraft, the lack of identifiable shape and the nature of the light made it difficult to classify. The investigators concluded that there was insufficient data to determine the origin of the phenomenon and that no further investigation was performed.
