This document contains a sighting report from 25 July 1967, involving a single witness in Manchester, New Hampshire. The witness, a local businessman, reported observing a red, cylindrical object with whitish highlights for approximately 90 seconds. The object was described as having no sound and appearing to fade away at high speed. The witness, who was in a car at the time, estimated the object's altitude at 1000 feet. The initial Air Force evaluation categorized the sighting as a 'possible aircraft with advertising sign.' However, Dr. J.
