This document is a formal UFO sighting report filed by the Air Proving Ground Center at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, regarding an incident that occurred on 7 April 1967 at 0345Z. The primary witness, a civilian fire protection inspector, reported observing a formation of objects while stopped at a traffic light in front of a Hardee's restaurant in Shalimar, Florida. The witness described the formation as consisting of a white cylindrical object, two red balls, and a red tail, all moving in single file. The objects were estimated to be visible for five to ten seconds. The witness noted that the objects appeared to follow a hyperbolic flight path, descending and then ascending before disappearing to the north-by-west.
