This document contains the official record and correspondence regarding a UFO sighting reported in Memphis, Tennessee, on December 27, 1966. The primary witness, a civilian, reported observing 11 to 12 objects for approximately 9 to 10 seconds. The witness described the objects as circular, bright white lights that moved in a diagonal upward path, circling each other without making any sound. The witness estimated the speed at approximately 500 mph, noting that the objects accelerated. The witness, who identified as a 16-year-old male, expressed a strong interest in UFOs and stated that he had previously been skeptical of their existence until this event.
