This document contains a Project Blue Book record regarding an unidentified aerial phenomenon reported on October 25, 1966, in Centerville, Ohio. The witness, a civilian, reported observing a single object for approximately 30 minutes. The witness described the object as a disk with a light on top, which appeared to move in a zig-zag pattern, wiggling and jerking, before eventually stopping. The witness noted that the object changed colors between white, red, and blue, and at one point appeared to be made of shiny metal. The witness also reported a previous sighting of a small flying saucer on September 29, 1966, at the same location. The official conclusion reached by the Air Force, specifically Major Hector Quintanilla, Jr., was that the object was the star Capella, which was rising at the time of the observation.
