This document is a Project 10073 record detailing a series of UFO sightings reported by a civilian in Diamond Springs, California, in October 1966. The primary witness, a 31-year-old housewife, reported observing round, aluminum-colored objects over a period of three weeks. These objects were described as having red and green flashing lights, sometimes appearing to have a web-like structure hanging from the side, and making a noise that did not resemble a motor. The objects were observed moving from west to east, often fading out of sight. The witness reported that her children had also observed the objects, occasionally using binoculars. The Air Force investigation, conducted by Sergeant Claude V. Gibson and signed by Captain J. H. Eccutey, included a review of local air traffic. The report notes that several aircraft were flying in the area between 0100Z and 0200Z on 25 October 1966.
