Project 10073 Record: Sighting Report - Baker, Montana, 13 March 1966

This document contains a collection of records regarding an Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon (UAP) sighting reported on March 13, 1966, in Baker, Montana. The primary witness, a civilian, reported observing a bright, disc-shaped object that appeared larger than an aircraft. The witness described the object as hovering near the runway for approximately 1.5 minutes before disappearing into the southeast. The witness noted that the object resembled a bright welding light or a very bright star. The report includes a completed U.S. Air Force Technical Information questionnaire, where the witness provided details about the observation, including the duration of 4.5 hours, the lack of sound, and the clear weather conditions. The witness also mentioned that the Miles City Sheriff and another individual observed the object.
