The witness reported that the object was stationary before changing course 30 degrees and traveling southeast and then east at an estimated altitude of 50,000 to 75,000 feet and a speed of approximately 1500 mph. During the observation, which lasted 25 minutes, the witness noted two smaller orange lights traveling parallel to the primary object's flight path. The witness used both binoculars and a telescope, noting that the object appeared as a round ball with jagged edges when magnified.
