This document contains a Project 10073 record regarding a UFO sighting reported by a civilian in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, on October 28, 1965. The witness, a housewife, was driving south on Jay Lane when she stopped at Central Road and observed two objects in the sky at approximately 12:25 p.m. She described the objects as initially appearing like two miniature moons, white in color, and stationary. After several seconds, the objects changed shape, becoming flat, gray, line-like forms. The witness noted that she did not see any maneuvers, but believed they began moving away after changing shape. She later returned to the location to see if they were still visible, but they were gone. The witness explicitly stated that she did not believe the objects were aircraft.
