UAP Sighting Report — Mansfield Center, Connecticut, August 1964

This document contains a UAP sighting report submitted by a 12-year-old resident of Mansfield Center, Connecticut, regarding an event that occurred in August 1964. The witness reported observing a single, very bright, white, and sharply outlined object at 0100 hours. The object was observed for approximately 15 minutes, during which it appeared to move in a southeasterly direction, occasionally stopping and starting, and at one point disappearing behind a tree before reappearing. The witness noted that there were no engine noises and that the object appeared to jump or wiggle across the sky.
