The second report, dated 25 July 1963, involves a witness who observed a bright object for over an hour. The witness described the object as 50 times brighter than the brightest star, located in the East at 45 degrees elevation, and moving South. The witness noted that the object 'humbs and clicks like a bat' and was round. The official conclusion for the 25 July sighting identified the object as the planet Jupiter, noting that its apparent movement to the South was consistent with its gain in elevation and movement toward the West.
