The witness, a 15-year-old civilian, reported observing an object at 2230 hours local time. The observation lasted approximately four minutes. The witness described the object as extremely bright, fuzzy, and blurred, exhibiting white, red, and blue colors that changed in brightness. The object was observed to be stationary at times, but also demonstrated sudden speeds. It was seen between a camp and a mountain, below the horizon, and produced no sound. The object was initially observed in the west and eventually disappeared in the south. The weather conditions at the time were described as a clear, moonlit night with dry, warm air and a slight breeze. The witness reported being outdoors on a hillside when they heard an animal and looked up to notice the bright, moving object. The witness estimated the object's size to be approximately 60 feet.
