This document consists of a Project 10073 record card and an accompanying teletype message regarding a UFO sighting that occurred on August 1, 1961, in Portland, Oregon. The object was observed for approximately five minutes, moving in a southeasterly direction over the horizon before disappearing. Four witnesses were interviewed, including a biologist, two housewives, and a student. The reliability of the witnesses varied, with the biologist noted as reliable, while the others were listed as having unknown reliability.
