A civilian witness, identified as a 22-year-old janitor, reported observing a single cube-shaped object, approximately three feet square, for a duration of 61 minutes. The witness observed the object through 16x50 binoculars. The object was initially sighted at an estimated altitude of 3,000 feet and was later observed at 10,000 feet, moving in a northeasterly direction. The witness reported that the object produced no sound and left no tail or trail of exhaust.
