This document consists of a Project 10073 record card and associated correspondence regarding a UFO sighting in Miami, Florida, in May 1955. The witness, a civilian, reported observing thirteen objects. According to the report, the main object, which featured a dome, descended from the direction of the moon to a position approximately 300 feet above the observer, where it remained motionless for 13 minutes. The witness described the other twelve objects as moving too fast to discern details. The witness later provided a detailed questionnaire in July 1964, nearly a decade after the event, describing the objects as having a color range from cherry red to yellow and comparing their appearance to a flat saucer and a huge football.
