Air Intelligence Information Report: Sighting by Corporal Robert G. Hoffman

This document is an Air Intelligence Information Report concerning a sighting of three unidentified aerial objects by Corporal Robert G. Hoffman of the Ordnance Corps, Aberdeen Proving Ground. The sighting occurred in the vicinity of the Delaware Memorial Bridge. According to the report, the witness observed three round objects that were initially brilliant blue and bright orange. These objects maintained an even spacing of approximately one mile and were observed for a duration of 20 to 30 minutes. The witness described the objects as changing formation and moving at high speeds, including a maneuver where they performed a quick turn. During the final phase of the observation, the witness reported hearing a sound described as a 'drone and throb' and claimed to feel a vibration in the ground. The report includes a diagram of the objects, which were depicted as having a base of light with blue lights on the perimeter. The investigation, conducted by 2/Lt Jack Tero, included an assessment by Dr. Robinson, who discounted the possibility that the objects were stars or other celestial bodies.
