The report, filed by the 164th Fighter Bomber Squadron of the Ohio Air National Guard, describes an observation made by a civilian witness, Elmer Solomon, an employee of the Flexible Company. According to the report, the witness observed a single object for approximately six minutes. The object was described as being very bright and initially very hot. Its shape was reported as rectangular with rough edges, though the center appeared oval and smooth.
