Gonçalves, an inspector with the Brazilian Civil Aeronautics, reported observing a metallic, rounded object of exceptional brightness and a very light blue color. According to the report, the object hovered at a long distance for approximately ten minutes before moving slowly in a horizontal direction from left to right. After this movement, the object returned to its original position and then departed rapidly toward the east.
