BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS The observer sighted a series of red ~o~inG lichts tn~. vere in a fixed position. So of ~he lights blinked on and off in a rnyttwical rr~nner vhile the others blink~d larly. The observer at first thought that it ~as an airplane that was going to crash but reasoned that there too many lights for it to have been a plane. His plane was visible for approximately 15 miles dis:ance. He was advertisi~g fo of Miamisburg for their sentinel. 1 also said that his plane was in the area for the Mt Healthy sighting t~.Jt we had written about.
