Carry out pager check wltn switch. Visit Guardroom and enter name on Duty Personnel Board. Inspect airmen.under close arrest and detention. Inspect guardroom and pass office. Obtain cetails from Orderly Advise 'Next Orderly Officer' of his duty. (Orderly Officer~ on Friday to advise those on duty Sat, Sun and Mon). Advise Transport Section (Ext 2442) of requirements for vehicle. Working Days Only. Open door to Bar area and unlock safe in Officers' Mess. Standown Days. Duty Steward will contact 0/0 at approximately 1000 hours on standown days to request Officers' Mess safe be Working Days Only. Collect vehicle from Transport Section. Accompany Orderly Sergeant and attend lowering of RAAF Ensign, then National Flag at Strike Reconnaissance Group Headquarters. (You are reminded to draw to the attention of all members in the vicinity, that they are required to stand fast during the Ensign raising ceremony.) Lock safe in Officers' Mess. (If bar hours are extended, Orderly Officer should return on request of barman). Accompany Orderly Sergeant and attend raising of National Flag then RAAF Ensign. (You are reminded to draw to the attention of all members in the vicinity, that they are required to ~tand fast during the Ensign raising ceremony.) Workin2 Days Only. Return vehicle to Transport Section. Record in full account of: a. any irregularities, breaches of security or discipline; accidents, fires or casualties . Working Days.
