As promised I have reviewed the notes in relation to your admission to the Barrett Centre and comment as follows. The Psychologist at Stones Corner community Psychiatry serv i c e saw you on 20 December 1989. The Psychologist believed that your mental-health was not as good as it could be and that you probably required some form o! treatment. For thi s reason, you were referred to the Psychiatric Assessment Clinic at Princess Alexandra Hospital. On the same day a Psychiatrist discussed your health with you at this hospital. He was in agreement with the Psychologist from stones corner that your health was not good and that you did require treatment.
